HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF:

The easiest way is to use a sewing tape measure (you can also use a piece of string, which you later stretch along a long ruler). If possible, it’s best to ask someone else for help!

Waist Circumference: Stand up straight in a natural posture, preferably in underwear or thin clothes. Find your natural waistline, where your torso narrows, just above your navel. Wrap the tape measure around your waist, making sure it’s horizontal and parallel to the floor. The tape should neither be too tight nor too loose; it should fit snugly but not constrict. Breathe normally, don’t tense up, and take the measurement.

Hip Circumference: Stand up straight in a natural posture, preferably in underwear or thin clothes. Find the widest part of your hips, usually around the buttocks. Wrap the tape measure around this widest part, making sure it is positioned horizontally. Ensure the tape is neither too tight nor too loose — it should fit snugly around your body. Breathe normally and take the measurement.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SET?

Our boxers are sold individually without an insert. You can purchase an insert by selecting the "boxer insert" option when placing your order. The internal pocket is designed to fit any size of insert or packer available on the market. Thanks to the stretchy fabric and carefully chosen proportions, your packer will stay securely in place and won’t fall out. A Velcro closure provides added stability and comfort. The set is neatly packaged in a larger box. When ordering, you have complete freedom of choice – select your preferred size, boxer color, and insert to create a set tailored exactly to your needs.

MATERIAL:

Packer Boxers are made from cotton knit fabric. The material is soft to the touch and breathable, and thanks to added elastane, it fits the body perfectly while allowing full freedom of movement. Cotton also makes the boxers soft, gentle on the skin, and hygienic – ensuring maximum comfort throughout the day.

• Return: For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

  In case of a manufacturing defect, the item may be returned for a full refund.

  Note: Returns apply to the entire set – individual items cannot be returned.

• Exchange: For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be exchanged.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - INSERT:

• Return: To return a product, please send it back along with a completed return form by any method (excluding cash on delivery) to the following address: 43-384 Jaworze, Agrestowa 2, Poland.

• Exchange: To exchange a product, please include a note with your name, surname, order number, and the model/color/size you wish to exchange for. Additionally, include 5 EUR for return shipping in the envelope along with the product. Additional Costs: Any additional costs related to shipping, such as customs duties or import fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. If we incur any fees upon receipt of the package, it will not be accepted.
