BINDER BASIC BEIGE LONG
It is a model that is more built-up under the armpits, with wider straps and a V-neckline. Made of elastic fabric resistant to chlorine, breathable and sweat-wicking, making this binder perfect for swimming in the sea or the swimming pool.
With its special rigid front panel, the binder evenly distributes compression on the chest, providing a flat appearance regardless of chest size.
Additional information:
— Dimensions necessary to provide when ordering tailor-made: chest circumference, shoulder width, chest circumference 4 cm under the bust, when ordering a long binder additionally waist circumference.
— Please make sure to note any special alterations or preferences in the order comments. If you require larger armholes, a deeper neckline, or if you'd like the product to be slightly longer or shorter, let us know! If we're able to accommodate your request, we'll do so at no extra charge. If we're unable to fulfill your request, we'll reach out to you via email and propose an alternative solution.
How to measure yourself?
The easiest way to measure is with a tailor's tape measure (you can also use, for example, a string, which you then stretch on a long ruler). If you have such an opportunity, it's best to ask another person for help!
A — chest circumference: Measure yourself standing still, relaxed and naked (in the case of large, saggy breasts, it is best to put on a thin underwear) around the chest through its widest point. The tailor`s tape measure should be close to the body along its entire length. It cannot be too tight or too loose.
B — chest circumference 4 cm below the bust: Measure yourself standing still and relaxed, around 4 cm below the bust. The tailor's tape measure should be close to the body along its entire length. It cannot be too tight or too loose.
C — shoulder width: This measurement is taken on the back of the body from the end of the shoulder to the beginning of the neck.
D — shoulder width across the back: This measurement is taken on the back of the body from the end of one shoulder to the other.
Packaging:
All our products are packaged in eco-friendly cardboard boxes along with an informational leaflet.
Safety:
— Choose the right size for you that won’t cut off circulation;
— Binders should not be worn longer than 8 hours per day as it may cause distortion of the rib cage or put pressure on the spine;
— They cannot be worn to sleep;
— You can't work out in them;
— If you are at home, take it off so the body can rest;
— Wearing binder for extended periods of time without breaks can cause damage to the body.

Certificates and safety warnings
- Your binder shouldn’t be too tight—it’s important that you can breathe freely. A binder that is too tight can cause issues such as skin chafing, pain, or even difficulty breathing. That’s why it’s best to choose a size that fits well and provides support without restricting your movement.
- Do not wear a binder for more than 8 hours a day, as it may cause discomfort, such as back or chest pain. Listen to your body – if you start feeling any discomfort, take off the binder, even if 8 hours haven’t passed yet. Prioritize your health and avoid overstraining.
- When you're at home, take off your binder to give your body a break. After removing it, try stretching a little to relax your muscles and improve circulation. This will help your body recover after a long day.
- Sleeping in a binder is very dangerous. It can cause sleep disturbances and restrict full breathing, which is crucial for the body's nighttime recovery. During sleep, the body needs complete freedom to function properly.
- The binder is not designed for intense physical activities. Wearing it during exercise could increase the risk of breathing difficulties or spine issues. If you need to exercise while wearing a binder, choose a larger size to ensure a looser fit and reduced pressure. It's best to avoid wearing the binder during very intense workouts.
