Description
MEET OUR RED BINDER:
This model features deeper armholes, providing greater freedom of movement during daily activities. The wider straps securely hold the binder in place, while the rounded neckline ensures a more natural look and comfortable fit. The front panel is reinforced to effectively flatten the chest, and the back is made of stretchy fabric to make putting on and wearing the binder easier.
The measurements may vary by 1-2 cm due to the handmade nature of the products.
HOW TO MEASURE?
The easiest way to measure yourself is with a tailor’s tape (you can also use, for example, a string, then stretch it along a long ruler). If possible, it's best to ask someone for help!
A - Chest Circumference: Measure relaxed, without clothes (if you have a large, sagging chest, it's best to wear a thin layer of underwear) around the chest at its widest point. The tape should lie flat against the body all the way around. It should not be too tight or too loose.
D - Shoulder Width: Measure from one shoulder to the other at the back.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT BINDER SIZE?
To choose the right binder size, you need to remember that it consists of two parts: the front is stiff (to flatten the chest), and the back is elastic (so the binder can be worn).
The size chart shows chest circumference ranges that the binder can cover, from the smallest to the largest stretch. It's best if your chest circumference falls somewhere in the middle of the range. If you're closer to the upper limit, it's better to choose a larger size to ensure the binder isn't too tight.
The chart also provides information about shoulder width — this tells you whether you'll be able to get the binder over your head. If your shoulders are broad (e.g., fit size XL) but your chest is small (e.g., size S), it may be difficult to pull an S size over your shoulders. If, on the other hand, your shoulders are S size and your chest is XL, the binder may fit poorly on your shoulders — the neckline may be too wide or look unflattering. However, this shouldn't significantly affect the flattening effect of the chest.
Remember! If standard sizes don’t fit you — don’t worry! You can order a custom-made binder. Just provide your measurements, and we’ll take care of the rest!
MATERIAL:
The "sport" binders are made from high-quality sports knit fabric, offering excellent breathability and efficient moisture-wicking to keep you feeling fresh and comfortable all day long. Thanks to elastane, the binders perfectly contour to your body, providing full freedom of movement and a snug fit. The fabric is soft to the touch and durable, ensuring maximum comfort during wear.
Additionally, the binders feature a rigid front panel made from a polycotton —a material highly resistant to stretching, abrasion, and mechanical damage. This means you don’t have to worry about quick wear and tear; the panel will maintain its shape and function regardless of the size.

Certificates and safety warnings
- Your binder shouldn’t be too tight—it’s important that you can breathe freely. A binder that is too tight can cause issues such as skin chafing, pain, or even difficulty breathing. That’s why it’s best to choose a size that fits well and provides support without restricting your movement.
- Do not wear a binder for more than 8 hours a day, as it may cause discomfort, such as back or chest pain. Listen to your body – if you start feeling any discomfort, take off the binder, even if 8 hours haven’t passed yet. Prioritize your health and avoid overstraining.
- When you're at home, take off your binder to give your body a break. After removing it, try stretching a little to relax your muscles and improve circulation. This will help your body recover after a long day.
- Sleeping in a binder is very dangerous. It can cause sleep disturbances and restrict full breathing, which is crucial for the body's nighttime recovery. During sleep, the body needs complete freedom to function properly.
- The binder is not designed for intense physical activities. Wearing it during exercise could increase the risk of breathing difficulties or spine issues. If you need to exercise while wearing a binder, choose a larger size to ensure a looser fit and reduced pressure. It's best to avoid wearing the binder during very intense workouts.
