Compose your dream binder by choosing from these options:
Fabric Selection:
- Basic: Stretchy, quick-drying, and chlorine-resistant. Designed for water contact, it’s perfect for the pool or beach. This durable material clings to the body while allowing for full freedom of movement. Its breathable weave wicks moisture away and feels soft on the skin.
- Sport: Ultra-breathable and perfect for everyday wear. This high-quality performance fabric ensures great air circulation and moisture management, keeping you fresh all day long. A touch of elastane provides a smooth, comfortable fit.
Binder Style:
- Neckline: V-neck or classic round neck.
- Back: Open back (X-style straps) or full-coverage (classic).
- Straps: Wide, narrow, or strapless (front and back form a straight, horizontal line).
Additional Guidelines (Order Notes):
You can skip this field or use it to share specific preferences. Need a deeper armhole, custom strap width, or a slightly different length? Let us know! How to take your measurements:
Use a soft tailor's tape. Measure directly against your skin. Keep your posture relaxed and breathe normally – do not pull in your stomach. The tape should be snug but not digging into your skin; it should fit like a finger’s width of ease. If possible, ask someone to help, especially when measuring your back.
- Chest circumference:
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your chest (usually at nipple level). Ensure the tape is horizontal and parallel to the floor. Arms should hang naturally.
- Circumference 4 cm below the chest:
Measure exactly 4 cm below your bust line, keeping the tape level all the way around.
- Shoulder width:
Measure between the outer edges of your shoulder joints (the prominent bones where your arms begin to slope down). The tape should lay flat, following a slight curve over your shoulder blades.
- Single shoulder width:
Measure from the base of your neck (where the neck meets the shoulder) to the shoulder joint bone (where a standard sleeve would be sewn).
- Side neck to underarm distance:
Tip: Place a ruler or pen horizontally under your armpit. Measure vertically from the side of your neck down to the line marked by the ruler. Record the measurement 1 cm below this line.
- Side neck to bust point:
Measure in a straight line from the side base of your neck down to the most prominent point of your chest (nipple line).
- Neckline depth:
Measure from the same starting point at the base of your neck down to the center of your chest, aiming for your desired lowest point of the neckline.
- Total length:
Measure from the base of your neck down over the fullest part of your chest to your desired end length (e.g., waist or hip).
- Side neck to waistline:
Measure from the side base of your neck down over the chest to the narrowest part of your torso (your natural waist).
- Waist circumference:
Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel. Keep the tape level.
- Hip circumference:
Wrap the tape around the widest point of your hips/buttocks. Check in a mirror to ensure the tape hasn't slipped and remains perfectly horizontal.

Certificates and safety warnings
- Your binder shouldn’t be too tight—it’s important that you can breathe freely. A binder that is too tight can cause issues such as skin chafing, pain, or even difficulty breathing. That’s why it’s best to choose a size that fits well and provides support without restricting your movement.
- Do not wear a binder for more than 8 hours a day, as it may cause discomfort, such as back or chest pain. Listen to your body – if you start feeling any discomfort, take off the binder, even if 8 hours haven’t passed yet. Prioritize your health and avoid overstraining.
- When you're at home, take off your binder to give your body a break. After removing it, try stretching a little to relax your muscles and improve circulation. This will help your body recover after a long day.
- Sleeping in a binder is very dangerous. It can cause sleep disturbances and restrict full breathing, which is crucial for the body's nighttime recovery. During sleep, the body needs complete freedom to function properly.
- The binder is not designed for intense physical activities. Wearing it during exercise could increase the risk of breathing difficulties or spine issues. If you need to exercise while wearing a binder, choose a larger size to ensure a looser fit and reduced pressure. It's best to avoid wearing the binder during very intense workouts.
