Description
Build Your Own Binder – Personalize Your Fit and Features!
This binder is fully customizable to your unique needs. You pick the color and the style; we custom-sew it to your exact measurements. The result? Safe, effective chest flattening that doesn’t compromise on comfort. It’s the perfect solution if you have non-standard proportions or simply want a tailored fit that off-the-shelf binders can’t provide.
Important: Please measure yourself carefully. Because these are custom-made, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, if the fit isn't quite right, we can offer tailoring adjustments.
3 Easy Steps to Order:
- Configure: Choose your preferred options (color, fabric, back style, straps, neckline, and any add-ons).

Personalize Your Perfect Binder:
Choose Your Fabric:
- Basic: Stretchy, quick-dry material—ideal for water activities. It’s chlorine-resistant, breathable, and moves with your body for total freedom.
- Sport: Highly breathable and perfect for all-day wear. This high-quality athletic knit wicks away sweat to keep you feeling fresh and comfortable from morning to night.
Style Options:
- Neckline: V-neck or Round.
- Back: Open (racerback/X-strap) or Covered (full back).
- Straps: Narrow, Wide, or Strapless (creates a clean, straight line).
- Add-ons: Zipper. Highly recommended for: Those with limited shoulder mobility. People with disabilities. Anyone prone to anxiety or panic attacks (the zipper allows for instant release when you need a breather).
Zipper Placement:
- Center: Full-length opening (easiest to get in and out of).
- Side (Left or Right): 3/4 length. Doesn’t open completely, but provides enough room to pull it on overhead easily.
- None: The classic pull-on style.
Special Requests:
Got a specific request? Let us know in the "Additional notes"—things like deeper armholes, specific strap widths, or custom lengths. We’ll do our best to accommodate these for free. If it’s not possible, we’ll email you with alternatives. For more complex requests or photos, email us at shop@iguanatrend.pl
How to Measure:
Use a soft tailor’s tape. Keep it against your skin, don't add extra room, don't suck in your stomach, and breathe naturally. The tape should be snug but not digging in (you should be able to fit one finger underneath). It helps to have a friend assist you, especially for the back measurements.
- Chest circumference:
Measure around the widest part of your chest (usually across the nipples). Keep the tape level with the floor all the way around. Keep your arms relaxed.
- Circumference 4 cm below the chest:
Measure 4 cm below your chest. Ensure the tape is level all the way around.
- Shoulder width:
Have a friend help. Measure from one shoulder joint (the bone at the top of your shoulder) to the other. Let the tape follow the natural curve of your upper back.
- Single shoulder width:
Measure from the base of your neck to the shoulder joint (where a T-shirt sleeve seam would sit).
- Side neck to underarm distance:
Pro tip: Hold a ruler horizontally under your arm. Measure from the base of your neck down to 1 cm below that ruler.
- Side neck to bust point:
Measure from the base of your neck down to the center of your nipple.
- Neckline depth:
Measure from the base of your neck down to where you want the center of the neckline to sit.
- Total length:
Measure from the base of your neck down over the fullest part of your chest to your desired length (usually just below the ribs, or 2–3 cm lower to prevent rolling).

Certificates and safety warnings
- Your binder shouldn’t be too tight—it’s important that you can breathe freely. A binder that is too tight can cause issues such as skin chafing, pain, or even difficulty breathing. That’s why it’s best to choose a size that fits well and provides support without restricting your movement.
- Do not wear a binder for more than 8 hours a day, as it may cause discomfort, such as back or chest pain. Listen to your body – if you start feeling any discomfort, take off the binder, even if 8 hours haven’t passed yet. Prioritize your health and avoid overstraining.
- When you're at home, take off your binder to give your body a break. After removing it, try stretching a little to relax your muscles and improve circulation. This will help your body recover after a long day.
- Sleeping in a binder is very dangerous. It can cause sleep disturbances and restrict full breathing, which is crucial for the body's nighttime recovery. During sleep, the body needs complete freedom to function properly.
- The binder is not designed for intense physical activities. Wearing it during exercise could increase the risk of breathing difficulties or spine issues. If you need to exercise while wearing a binder, choose a larger size to ensure a looser fit and reduced pressure. It's best to avoid wearing the binder during very intense workouts.
